This plugin for CacheMate exports waypoints as TomTom POIs (points of interest). TTExport creates a TomTom .OV2 file on the TomTom SD card in a user-selectable map folder. The file will contain exactly all the waypoints that were displayed in the CacheMate view (i.e. TTExport does not append or update waypoints in the .OV2 file)
