I downloaded it to replace a beta version of "buzz" which I suspected was causing reboots, but this application doesn't work, at least on my Treo 650. It vibrates whether or not the phone is in silent mode. I would also like to see options on the length of vibration as it goes on way too long for me (buzz had a nice short vibrate).
