txtMemo Lite supports TXT plain text format directly. txtMemo Lite manage all your memos with TXT format on expansion card. No conversion, no Hotsync! Just edit and read your memos directly in your Palm and PC.

No matter where you save your memos. txtMemo Lite can read them without moving them to a specified directory. With the help of the built-in file manager, you can make, delete, rename a folder. So you can use directory tree - the way you used to manage your files in PC everyday - to manage your memos.

At last I'm sorry to tell you because I have only a Palm m515 to test this software. So it might has some compatibility problems on some special devices.
