This program is designed to replace the clipboard and grease pencil used on the bridge for making contact reports to the Commanding Officer or other shipboard personnel by the bridge watch team. The template was derived from the bridge simulators at Surface Warfare Officers School Command. Drop down menus within the template allow for choice of type of contact, rules of the road situations, bearing drift, and other items.
